Plan of Salvation
The greatest thing that can possibly happen in our life is for the LORD Jesus Christ to save our soul from eternal damnation. To know that our soul is safe and secure for eternity is critical. The Bible, God's Word, was written so that we can know how to be saved and so that we can know 'that we know' we are saved.
The following information called "Facts Of Life" has been adapted from a tract of the same title. We trust that it will help you to understand the simple "plan of salvation". We pray that you understand ... believe that Jesus is the Christ and the only Savior from our sin debt ... and receive Him as your personal Savior and thereby be saved. If you are not sure of your salvation and need someone to help you, then feel free to contact us. We would be honored to assist you.

Facts of Life
There is a natural curiosity to know the facts about life and life after death. The Bible teaches the true facts about life and life everlasting. Before we can have the assurance that we have life eternal and a home in heaven, we must realize and accept the following facts:
Fact 1: We must realize that we are a sinner and need a Savior. (Romans 3:23, 6:23; Romans 5:12-21;
Hebrews 9:27)
Fact 2: We must realize that we cannot save ourselves. (Ephesians 2:8,9; Titus 3:5-7)
Fact 3: We must realize that Jesus Christ is the only one who can save us. (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Romans 5:8)
Fact 4: We must accept by faith the payment Jesus made for our sin and commit our life to Him as our LORD
and Savior. (John 1:12; Romans 10:9,10; John 5:24)
Fact 5: We receive LIFE through Jesus by praying and inviting Jesus into our life. (Revelation 3:20; Romans
10:13)
What to pray – Lord Jesus, I now realize that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. I believe that you
died to pay my sin debt and that you arose from the dead offering me eternal life. I ask you to come
into my life, forgiving my sin and becoming my Savior. I commit my life to you – and I will follow you as
LORD.
In the name of Jesus I pray. Thank you, Jesus.
Fact 6: Having invited Jesus to forgive us of our sin and become our LORD and Savior, we are adopted into
the family of God. We now become part of His family forever with a desire to please Him with our new
life. (Galatians 4:4-7; II Corinthians 5:17; Romans 12:1,2).
Fact 7: Salvation is not the end of the Christian life but the beginning. It is important that we now let others know of
our new life in Christ through baptism. Also, daily Bible study and prayer, witnessing and faithful Church
attendance are necessary for our continued spiritual growth. (Matthew 10:32; Acts 2:41,42; John 14:15;
II Timothy 2:15, 3:16,17; I John 5:13).

Mankind has tried many things to bridge the gap to get to God - good works, moral living, baptism, and many others things.
But, Jesus Christ is the only bridge between man and God.
